Seaham Harbour Rowing Club

There is very little known about this Club apart from a Club entry being recorded in Durham Regatta in 1901. The "Club" may have been a limited attempt at dipping their toes in the water at a competitive event.

7th September 1885
The Sunderland Daily Echo reported on Seaham Harbour Regatta, which included an event for Trimmers' Shovel Race, but restricted to Seaham Harbour competitors only.
